Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is simple: for you to feel confident in every current. If your Crane and Coast purchase isn't the perfect fit, we're happy to help.

Returns for Refund

Items may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and hygienic liners must be attached and intact.
  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, sunscreen, pet hair, and other signs of wear.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Store Credit Returns

Items returned between 16 and 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.

Store credit will be issued via email and may be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items marked Final Sale

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, simply return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at chloe@craneandcoast.com so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email chloe@craneandcoast.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for return

We'll provide instructions for sending your return back to us.
